Static Mixer, Clear Sch 80

Clear static mixers allow for a visual inspection of the fluid mixing process. The geometry of this mixer consists of a series of left and right-hand helixes. The elements effectively convert the tube into a maze or labyrinth. When fluids are pumped through the mixers, they are progressively divided and recombined. The result is efficient inline mixing.

Our mixers come standard with Schedule 40 or 80 male PVC ends, other fittings and lengths available upon request. Various uses include include hydroponics, waste water treatment, chlorination and ozonation, biodiesel production, process control sampling, ponds, pH control, and many more.

All stock clear motionless mixers come equipped with male NPT threaded ends and are in stock for immediate delivery.
